How to Use:

Mix 50grams of Trail Brew (equivalent to two heaped tablespoons or 1 Trail Brew refillable single serve test tube) with 500-700mls of water, mix/shake and enjoy. The ratio can be altered pending personal preference, weather conditions or exertion levels.

Preload: Use Trail Brew to preload to ensure your electrolyte, hydration and energy levels are at their optimum.

During: Use Trail Brew in training or during your hike, ride, event or adventure regardless of the duration. Replacing you electrolytes lost during exercise and fuelling your body will ensure your are able to perform at you best.
