Why isn't my 15% Welcome Discount Code working?

There are a few common reasons your welcome code may not apply at checkout:

  • The code can't be used on clearance or sale items.
  • Some brands are excluded from membership discounts due to supplier and import restrictions. You can view the current list of excluded brands on our membership page.
  • The 15% welcome code is valid for one use per customer only.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for discount codes.

Do you make custom gear?

Unfortunately we no longer make custom gear.

When will my order be shipped?

All items in stock on our website have no lead times. Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.

Once your order is with Australia Post, we have no influence on how quickly your order will arrive. Depending on your location delivery times typically range from 1-7 days.

Shipping Fees

Orders under $30:

  • Standard Shipping: $6
  • Express Shipping: $10

Orders over $30:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE
  • Express Shipping: $4

Bulky Items:

  • Standard Shipping: $FREE
  • Express Shipping: $10

Can I return something I've bought?

We hope you fall in love with everything you buy from us but we know sometimes things just don't work quite as well as what they should.

You've got 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund if it is unused and in the original packaging without any damage.

You will receive the refund once our team have confirmed that the item and packaging is still in a new condition.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for any return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Include your invoice with the item/s. If you cannot send your invoice, please include a copy of your receipt.
  2. If you request an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item title, include size and colour choices, if applicable.

What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged

If you've bought something and it is faulty simply fill out the google form below and we will process your claim typically the same day. keep an eye out for an email from support@ultralightgear.com.au as we will update you via email.

Each brand handles warranties differently, some brands prefer to handle warranties directly, others will ask us to help.

Ultralight Gear will pay to have a repaired or replaced item shipped back to you.

Do you price match?

We do price match any Australian store. The item must be the same (colour, size and model) and includes any shipping or handling fees. Just shoot us an email at support@ultralightgear.com.au and we'll sort out a discount if needed.

Do you do bulk discounts?

As we aim to be the cheapest and most affordable on all products, we don't generally do bulk discounts but can make exceptions depending on the order . Feel free to enquire at support@ultralightgear.com.au

Will you stock a niche ultralight brand?

We aim to constantly bring new products and brands to the Australian market to make ultralight more accessible and affordable for everyone. We're always looking for more growing and popular products, if there's something that you think would make your life easier out on the trail we'd love to hear it!
