Our line up of Tark Trowels are the lightest, highest performing products for digging catholes while in the backcountry.
Key features of this trowel include the edge saw, which is capable of cutting through roots and even wood such as small branches. It includes our extension holes which allow a stick to be lashed to the handle for comfort and additional leverage. And lastly, a number of cut-outs along the body and edges allow you to use it in many different ways such a a tent stake, dead man anchor, or anything else you can think of. While the titanium edge of the handle is thin, we do not consider it sharp, but most ultralighters will be carrying multi-use gear that can aid in comfort such as a bandana or glove.
