There must have been a mix up as our boots took 2.5 months to ship. As soon as we followed up they were shipped the next day and we received a partial credit. Overall the outcome was ok but had we needed the boots for hike that would have been bad. All other products have shipped well - will definitely shop here again.
Good feeling of support, well made shoe. Very happy. I sized down 1/2 size and happy with fit.
