Sea To Summit Airlite Towel

The S2S Airlite towel is what it says - it’s super light weight and folds up into a tiny ball that is half the size of my hand. It soaks up water and dries quickly. It is nowhere near as nice to use as the thicker and fluffier versions of travel towels, but it’s a fraction of the weight. I own various versions of travel towels and I use them all. This is the one I reach for when I am counting grams and trying to lighten my load or needing to keep my pack down to carry-on size only. The medium size is a good compromise of size and weight.

I picked up a couple of airlite towels from featherlite the day I left for Norway & Iceland.
I was able to make a number of last minute hikes in Norway before the winter snow came in and subsequently had to bathe in a number of icey streams/rivers during my adventures! Obviously I had to travel as lite as possible meaning my wonderful airlite towels came to the rescue time and time again!
They are absolutely tiny so take little space in your pack and they dry super bloody fast in à hint of sun and half a breeze!
Grab a couple for your next multi day hike, you will not be disappointed!

super small and light yet pretty absorbent little towel!

This towel replaces a medium s2s tek towel that weighs in at 200g! The airlight medium is a little smaller, but 47g. As good a towel? Probably not, but I will enjoy the weight savings instead.
