Osprey daylite plus works for what I needed. I already had a camelbak hydration bag but it only really had room for keys and maybe a protein bar. Everything else was hooked on. Needed to upsize to be able to use for day hikes - so the 20l osprey was purchased. size is great. does my length well and altho the hip belt is basic it is able to take some weight. my hydration pak fits perfectly and the osprey clip actually works okay with the camelbak mechanism. i had to buy bungy straps to attach my hiking poles but that has worked well. all in all the bag works for me. and will also strap into my fairpoint 40 ifneeded
