Ultra light and big enough to store snacks , phone and small items.

This is a cute, yet functional waist pack. Well made, as one expects from Osprey. Weighing 88grams (3 ozs), it is relatively light.
Incorporates several clever design features: eg although the pack is usefully padded against one's body, it still squidges down, pretty readily, into a transport bag (with two useful loops) measuring 12cm across x 9 cm high x 5 cm thick. Handy.
When in use, that bag converts into an internal zipped pocket. Double handy.
The pack is rated at 2 litres, but don't expect to carry milk bottles. As an exercise, I managed to fit in 1ltr water inside a ziplock bag, with space remaining to accommodate keys and a small pack of tissues.
This is essentially a highly portable small waist pack, for smaller items. First impression is that it will do that job well and, compared to other name brands, at a competitive price. (At least when purchased via Ultralight Gear, who also delivered to Qld in 2 days - appreciated.) Recommended.
