These Nylofume® liner bags are perfect for giving your pack an extra layer against water and moisture. Ultralight, completely waterproof and tougher than a garbage bag. Simply fold over the top to seal out moisture from above. You can patch them easily with packing tape and they’re also odor-proof, which might make them useful for food bag liners.
Great for packs of any and all sizes (just cut it down to fit smaller packs).
Haven't used them yet but I'm sure based on your recommendation that they will do the job just fine.
Used the bag to protect a sleeping mat strapped to the outside of my pack whilst hiking a track with some narrow sections we had to squeeze through (the bag was scraped against rock walls a number of times). This bag held up really well - no holes. In comparison, a heavy duty trash bag being used for the same purpose shredded within a day. At camp, the nylofume bag was also used to keep gear in under the tent vestibule. The outside of the tent and ground was all wet in the morning, as was the outside of this bag. The contents of the bag were all dry. Very happy with the product.
These are ultralight and tough. Keep your pack contents dry without adding extra weight.
Bought some bag liners for a trip camping and they worked as described.
The Neve Gear pack liner has a better fit into my 55L pack than a heavy duty garbage bag. The pack liner seems to conform better to pack shape without needing to work through & around excess plastic.
