Description

Refined down to the most essential features, Lightning 50 is a lightweight, comfortable pack designed for multi-day backpacking adventures. The 50L pack capacity is ideal for extended weekend trips (2-4 nights) or ultralight thru-hiking adventures in warm weather.

Trusted by backpackers and thru-hikers, Lightning features a large roll-top opening, a height-adjustable comfort suspension system with minimal back contact points for great ventilation, a full pack compressions system, and more storage and gear attachment options than previous Lightning models.

Features

  • Front & side compression system shrinks pack size or expands to allow more room.
  • Height-adjustable T-Rex frame suspension system with aluminum stay & stiff cross top piece provides excellent load control while still flowing with your movement.
  • Numerous external pockets (including 2 stretch water bottle pockets, stretch front pocket & zippered top lid pocket) & attachments points provide ample options for securing gear.
  • Comfortable padded hip belt with zippered pockets supports load control & weight distribution.
  • Rolltop closure provides an extra-wide pack opening; a top zipper provides quick access to gear & essentials when the rolltop is closed.
  • Load control straps ensure a comfortable, custom fit.
