Description

Carbon fiber arch & crossing pole (Easton® 3.9 ~7mm Carbon Fiber) and Easton® Syclone arch & crossing poles for various models.

Easton® Syclone poles are 9.3mm in diameter and made from a carbon and glass fiber composite. They are similar to aluminum poles in stiffness, but slightly lighter and can bend much farther before breaking or deforming.

 Compared to Easton® carbon 3.9 poles Syclone poles are significantly heavier, but stiffer, much less brittle, and not as prone to splintering.

These are the most suitable length crossing poles for the Scarp 1.

Are the Tarptent tents seam sealed?

The Tarptent tents do not arrive seam sealed. Seam sealant will have to be purchased separately. We recommend the Gear Aid Seam Grip + SIL as it adheres to silicone coated fabrics better (Which the Tarptents use)
