Description

A rich mushroom risotto made with brown rice, mushrooms, onion and white wine. A lightweight freeze-dried meal for a comforting dinner at camp.

Ingredients

Brown rice, Canola oil, White wine, Onion, Mushrooms, Soy sauce, Garlic, Nutritional yeast, Spices, Natural flavor. Contains: Soy.

Instructions

  1. Open pouch at first tear notch and remove oxygen absorber.
  2. Add 320 ml of boiling water to the pouch and stir well.
  3. Remove air, seal pouch, turn upside down and let stand for 12 minutes.
  4. Tear pouch at second tear notch, stir again and enjoy!
