CTUG’s Phone Pocket not only provides convenient access to your phone but also offers the versatility of the front lycra pocket for carrying sunglasses, a protein bar, a power block or more!
The primary velcro flap secures your phone and protects it from dust or rain, while the secondary internal velcro closure system allows you to keep that phone secure in the pocket while having access to your aux/charging port.
We use waterproof Xpac but we do not seal our seams. Therefore the pocket is water resistant, NOT water proof.
Customers have said the Phone Pocket holds up well under a light to medium rain. If you are hiking in a heavy rain we recommend you stow your phone in your pack or have a ziplock on hand to protect your phone inside the pocket.
This product is meant to offer quick and easy access with light protection while our Zipper Pocket is built to offer more protection from the elements.
