Love this little pot!! I just upgraded my cook system from a jetboil to a Soto Windmaster and this Toaks pot. They work extremely well together and super light. Always super happy with Ultralight Hiker and their customer service. Top job!!
These days I tend not to “cook” when on the trail relying on dehydrated meals, so I only need to boil a small amount of water. The Toaks 550ml pot is perfect for this. I find anything bigger or more elaborate such as heat exchange pots to be overkill. It also doubles as my cup (I use my buff or micro cloth to grip the handles if too hot). Combined with my Soto Windmaster, it is a good minimalist cook system both in terms of weight and the space it takes up in my pack. I also leave the mesh sack at home, using it only for storage when not in use.
