Crafty Weka Bites are packed with peanuts, oats and nutrient rich seeds, and have a good blend of low, medium and high GI carbohydrates for sustained energy. Sesame seeds for calcium and vital minerals including selenium; pumpkin seeds to give you B vitamins for energy; sunflower seeds for vitamin E and a wide range of other nutrients.

They contain only natural sugars, fruit, coconut sugar and honey as the main sweetener. This provides fast-acting glucose for get-up-and-go, and slower absorbed fructose for improved performance. Honey is also a natural preservative which keeps your Crafty Weka Bite at peak freshness.
